Notice of ADDENDUM # 1

Addenda #1 has been issued in relation to RFP #17-007 Provision of Computerized Pharmacy Services for the Bergen Jail

The purpose of these addenda is to provide questions and answers plus two (2) additional files with supplementary information to prospective bidders which supersede the original specifications.

Full addenda and additional files may be obtained digitally the County’s website at www.bergenbids.com

All Bid Addenda will be issued on the website. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.

Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Competitive Contracting Proposals will be received by the County of Bergen on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Purchasing Division, One Bergen County Plaza, 3rd Floor, Hackensack NJ 07601 at which time and place Proposals will be opened and read in public for:

RFP-17-007        

PROVISION OF COMPUTERIZED PHARMACY SERVICES FOR THE COUNTY OF BERGEN, NJ JAIL, 160 SOUTH RIVER STREET, HACKENSACK, NJ 07601 FOR THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD COMMENCING ON OR ABOUT JULY 1, 2017 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2018 WITH FOUR (4) TWELVE (12) MONTH CONTRACT RENEWAL OPTIONS.


Proposals must be made on the standard proposal forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and “RFP #, RFP TITLE, and Respondent NAME” on the outside, addressed to Gerald T Reiner Jr., Purchasing Agent, at the address above.

 

The County of Bergen requests that you submit all pages of the response on a CD in addition to the original and 2 (two) printed copies.  If a spreadsheet is requested it can be included on the same CD in a separate file in excel format.

 

Specifications and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the Purchasing Office or through the County website at www.BergenBids.com or by fax to 201-336-7105.
