About The Addiction Recovery Program

ARP helps people with alcohol and/or drug related problems when those problems affect their ability to perform on the job, at home or in society. The goal of the program is to help clients obtain and maintain a sober, drug-free productive life.

The program provides outpatient services to those who are self-referred as well as those referred by Probation, Parole, Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP), DUI, Family Court and those who are court mandated. Services include Assessment/Evaluation, Outpatient treatment, Intensive Outpatient treatment, DUI treatment groups, and referrals to community resources. Clients combine their personalized treatment plans with the Twelve Step approach.

The program is completely confidential. ARP helps clients look at their relationship with alcohol and/or drugs, and to recognize its impact on their lives. Each client is served with dignity and respect. Services are provided in a safe and supportive environment. And, ARP is easily accessible by car, train or bus.

ARP is licensed by the State of New Jersey, Division of Addiction Services, and is an approved site for Work First New Jersey, Bergen County Drug Court and Bergen County Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC).

The program is staffed by certified alcohol and drug counselors and licensed professional counselors.
