The Administration Division is charged with the responsibility of overseeing the other six divisions within the Department of Public Works.  Changing the policies that have become ineffective or outdated is a priority of this Administration.  The Administration Division must ensure that all Public Works Divisions work effectively and efficiently in all aspects of work.  Construction projects oversight, procurement, architectural services, budget, payroll and personnel issues are all managed through the Administration Division.
